Eligibility

You must be an authorized user of a Shopify store and comply with Shopify's terms, policies, and applicable laws.

Service description

SharePack lets merchants create reusable product packs (SharePacks), share them via a code or public link, and allow other Shopify stores to preview and import those products.

Imported products are created as drafts in the destination store. You are responsible for reviewing and publishing them.

Features, limits, and availability may change over time. Current product limits and capabilities are shown in the App.

Acceptable use

You may only share product content that you have the right to distribute. You are solely responsible for intellectual property, licensing, and compliance with laws in your jurisdiction.

Do not use SharePack for unlawful content, infringement, malware, spam, or abuse of Shopify APIs or third-party services.

Do not attempt to circumvent App limits, access other merchants' data without authorization, or interfere with the App's operation.

ShareLinks and public pages

ShareLink pages may be accessible to anyone who has the link or code. Do not include sensitive or confidential information in pack names, descriptions, or shared product data.

You are responsible for how and with whom you distribute SharePack codes and links.

Imported products

SharePack copies product data into destination stores at your direction. We do not guarantee that imported listings will meet your merchandising, legal, or marketplace requirements.

Prices, inventory, images, and other fields may differ from the source store after import. Review all imported products before publishing.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

You may stop using the App by uninstalling it from Shopify Admin.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, or if required by law or Shopify.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
