Who we are

SharePack is a Shopify application that lets merchants create reusable product packs (SharePacks) and share them with other stores via a simple code or link. Recipients can preview and import those products into their own Shopify stores as drafts.

Information we collect

Shop domain and Shopify OAuth session data required to operate the App inside your Admin.

Product data you choose to include in a SharePack (titles, descriptions, images, variants, and related fields read from your Shopify catalog).

SharePack metadata you create (pack name, description, share code, and product selections).

Usage and analytics events associated with your SharePacks, such as public ShareLink views and import activity.

Basic shop settings stored in the App (for example, default import preferences).

Information we do not collect

We do not collect your store customers' personal information through this App.

We do not sell merchant data to third parties.

Public ShareLink pages do not require visitors to sign in; we do not collect personal data from ShareLink viewers unless they install the App and authenticate with Shopify.

How we use data

To create, manage, and share SharePacks at your direction.

To display public ShareLink preview pages and process product imports into destination stores as drafts.

To show creators analytics such as views, imports, and conversion metrics within the App.

To maintain OAuth sessions, respond to Shopify webhooks, and provide customer support.

Third-party services

Shopify — authentication, Admin GraphQL APIs, and embedded App hosting.

Cloudflare — application hosting, static assets, and D1 database storage for App data.

Data storage and security

App data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (SQLite) in connection with your shop workspace.

OAuth access tokens and session records are stored securely and used only to call Shopify APIs on your behalf.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data in transit and at rest.

Data retention and deletion

When you uninstall the App, we promptly delete OAuth session data associated with your shop.

Shop-associated SharePack data is deleted when Shopify sends a shop/redact compliance webhook (typically within 48 hours after uninstall), in line with Shopify's requirements.

You may request deletion of shop-associated data by uninstalling the App and contacting support@dropshipper.cc.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we process. Contact us using the email above to submit a request.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
